What is the Business Structure Implementation Program?

It is a three-month guided program for small business owners, solopreneurs, freelancers, and independent contractors who are ready to strengthen the systems behind their work.

You will start by completing the Business Structure Self-Assessment to see exactly where your operations stand. Then you will build a focused action plan and spend two months implementing two priority systems with support along the way.

Is this program for you?

This program is a good fit if you have been in business for at least 2 years, deliver a service, and know your internal systems need attention. You may be working alone or with a small team. Either way, if your processes are not written down and you are ready to do something about it, you are in the right place.

How It Works

Start with a program orientation and Foundations Webinar inside the MC Learning Lab. Then complete the Business Structure Self-Assessment across five key areas of your business.

Review your results together in a Self-Assessment Review and Action Planning Session. You will identify two priority systems to strengthen and leave with a clear plan for how to move forward.

Spend two months implementing your chosen systems. You will have access to the Resource Vault with templates, checklists, and guides, plus four structured check-ins to keep you on track. An Advisory Q&A Session is available if you need guidance along the way.

At the three-month mark, attend a virtual progress review to look at what you have built and identify what to focus on next.

The Five Domains of Business Structure
