Dr. Teressa Fulgham McCarty

CEO and Global Innovation Consultant

With a background in education as a teacher and administrator, Dr. McCarty brings over a decade of experience in strategic planning, policy compliance, leadership training, and communication to her consulting practice. She focuses on transforming ideas into actionable plans for successful execution and lasting impact. Dr. McCarty holds a Doctorate in Education from Mississippi College, where she also earned her Education Specialist and Master of Education degrees. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Tougaloo College and is dedicated to continuous improvement, diligence, excellence, and integrity.

Ms. Maria Webb

COO and Global Education Consultant

Maria Webb was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. She knew at a young age that she had a desire to serve others. Ms. Webb holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education with a concentration in Reading and Social Studies from Alcorn State University, the first Black land grant college established in the United States. As a classroom teacher, she cared for and taught children ranging from infants to high school. Ms. Webb has also served as an interventionist, MTSS (multi-tiered system of supports) coordinator, curriculum and instruction director, and as the assistant director of a childcare center.

Ms. Trivia Fulgham Jones

Accountant

Trivia Fulgham Jones boasts an accomplished accounting career spanning more than two decades, encompassing roles in corporate environments, state and local government, and the not-for-profit sector. She has worked at a Big Four accounting firm and as an assistant controller in manufacturing. A seasoned entrepreneur, she co-founded a successful tax practice. Trivia holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a licensed agent and advisor in financial services. Trivia finds joy in being a mom to her four adult children and doting on her two favorite nieces.

Ms. Agnes Njeri Mbau

Virtual office manager and social media manager

Agnes Njeri Mbau is a talented professional with a comprehensive background in both the scientific and technological domains. Her educational qualifications comprise a degree in Microbiology and Biotechnology alongside a diploma in Computer Studies. Professionally, Ms. Mbau excels in orchestrating virtual office operations, accurately handling research and reporting tasks, and dynamically improving online visibility via strategic social media initiatives. Her proficiency in leveraging digital tools and software for effective remote collaboration further enhances her capability. Ms. Mbau is an invaluable asset with a diverse skill set.
